How It Works
With us, finding the perfect venue is easy. You can either click here to explore our collection, compare venues, and learn more about each space. Or you can click here to connect with one of our concierges, they’ll help match you with venues, schedule tours, provide quotes, and even assist with booking.
We have an entire network of in-house vendors, and a selection of all-inclusive packages for you to choose from. Each package is adjustable, and includes a different combination of our vendors and services – allowing you to book everything in one place. And our vendors are optional, use ours, or bring in your own.
When you’re ready to book, you won’t need to sell an arm or a leg to pay the deposit. Instead, you can pick your own deposit amount, and you can even set your own payment schedule. We also designed our contracts to be flexible, that means you can add or remove services after booking, without incurring a fee.
Every venue includes a dedicated team of planners, coordinators, and event staff who are by your side from start to finish. Our planner is on call 24/7, and helps with details, floor plans, timelines, and vendors. Our coordinator will help run your timeline, and our event staff will handle your setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
From beachfront ballrooms to historic estates, every venue in our collection has its own unique style, size, layout, and aesthetic. Whether you’re drawn to timeless elegance, enchanting gardens, or contemporary design, we have something for everyone. And remember, it doesn’t matter which location you choose – with us, every venue is backed by the same modern approach to hospitality.
Description: There’s no shortage of traditional venues out there, but The Reserve at wasn’t built to be one of them. This isn’t a barn, it’s not a four-walled ballroom, and it’s certainly not a country club. This is something entirely new, something different, something exciting – this is South Florida’s first weekend experience venue. We took everything that makes “normal” venues great, and we dialed it up to 100. Instead of renting a simple event space for one night, here, you get an expansive 15-acre adventure-filled property for two nights and three days. You get two beautifully furnished homes, a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, a dedicated team of event staff, and a long list of amenities to choose from. We’re talking about ATVs, UTVs, paintball, a gun range, firepits, riding trails, zip lines, and plenty more. It begs the question: “Why have a day, when you can have a weekend?”
